The Municipality of Aveiro in Portugal has produced this beautiful film promoting riding bicycles in the city. It's springtime in Year 3 of the Bicycle Boom and the number of films about cycling are many. When a municipality produces a film like this, however, it really gives me hope that this bicycle thing is gonna stick.
